My name is Taylor VanVlaanderen, and I am proud to serve clients throughout Kinnelon, Lincoln Park, and the surrounding New Jersey communities I have called home my entire life. Being born and raised in the area has given me a deep familiarity with the local neighborhoods and a strong network of connections that benefit the buyers and sellers I work with. I bring a background in marketing and sales along with hands on experience working within the real estate industry since 2020, where I have supported both marketing and recruiting efforts. This experience has given me valuable insight into how homes are presented to the market and how strong communication plays an important role in guiding clients through each stage of a transaction. I take pride in being kind, understanding, reliable, and hardworking, and I focus on providing thoughtful support and clear communication so my clients feel confident throughout their real estate journey.

I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Marketing from Syracuse University, which strengthened my ability to effectively promote homes and advocate for my clients’ goals. I believe that listening carefully and understanding each client’s unique priorities allows me to provide attentive service and a smooth experience from start to finish. Outside of real estate, I enjoy staying active by trying new workout classes, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, and spending time outdoors hiking with my dog, Cooper.
